RePill – The app for complex medication regimes

RePill is an app available for Apple iPhone and iPod Touch to help patients take their medication regularly. Better compliance increases the chances of successful treatment. It is easy to manage a medication regime with RePill, as it lists the precise designation and dose of each prescribed medicine and the time it is to be taken. One feature of the app is its simplicity of use: the Swissmedic barcode for a medicine can be scanned, for example. To do this, hold the iPhone camera steady over the medicine barcode for a moment. RePill recognises the medicine and registers it automatically. All that remains is to select the pack size and dosage strength. The app manages the patients medicine stocks and prescriptions, and produces a graphic medication intake report.

RePill app functions:
